Good to hear form held up on the OHP as it is so important on that lift. That's why I like the Romaleos shoes when I do them. My biggets fear on that lift is falling backwards and the shoes combat that nicely.

Also, I love your quick thinking on the CGBP money set - no need for any bad luck!!

I am sure Steve has a how to vid somewhere for Brocurls!

Agreed, very important. I wasn't worried about going backwards so much as I was concerned about kipping or hitching. Steve is the bro curl expert brah.

Overall Workout Grade: B+

Notes:
Solid birthday session. I felt good. The power clean feels stupid with lighter weights. But I am making it work. Squat felt solid. Top set felt smooth.
I recorded a video of my top set. I used my cell phone. I guess I should set it sideways so it fills the box correctly. It was recorded from about 3.5 to 4ft up and kind of at an upward angle because I leaned it on my nalgene bottle.
Let me know what you guys think.
