Thanks Jim! Yeah, I'm not doubling or tripling anything! The goals are the goals for a reason. If I hit them, I am ready for the next workout and I am progressing. Bottom line as far as I see it.
Yeah, the versatility of 5/3/1 is a big strong point. I think it's what keeps it fresh. Otherwise I know I would have gotten bored by now!
