Great deadlifting Josh. Been too long since I stopped in, but you are making some good progress. I'm really happy to hear that they're starting to feel right again. Also, crazy benching brohammer.

Overall Workout Grade: A

Notes:
First session back after what seemed like a long deload week. Overall I felt pretty good.
The OHP sets felt very strong and smooth.
On the BBB sets I kept the rest times low at about a minute.
Overall all the lifts felt very good. I thought I should have been able to do more reps of cable pushdowns on the last set, but oh well.


Squats up Thursday. My left knee is a bit boogied up, but it's improving day by day, so I should be fine.

Overall, this session didn't feel like a epic blockbuster, but at the same time everything went pretty well.

One last note, for the last few cycles I had been taking a creatine and beta alanine combo. I thought this was a pretty solid combo and recommend it to anyone looking to try something new or different. And since I'm a closet supplement whore, I stopped the creatine/beta alanine last week and have started DAA this week.

I have been taking DAA for awhile now. The brand is Ripped Freak Anabolic Freak. I thinks it's legit and a worth supp. Personally, I am a pre-wo supp whore. I got at least 6 different ones at home LOL. Your not alone Big J!!

Decent session as well. Your training hard which is what matters. Block busters are for Hollywood anyway.

I am too. I used to think everything was crap until I started taking pre-workouts, creatine and sleep aids. I used to be an anti-supplement asshat.
