I think it makes sense, there comes a point where 10lbs is just too much, no harm to try it for a cycle and see how it goes....


Edit : if you could add 5lbs a month that would be 60lbs a year.... Not bad going in my book.....

The last couple of weeks have been a grind. Work and home have been crazy. This evening I was just exhausted mentally and physically. So I felt I was dragging a bit in the gym.
Although, it was still a solid session. I just didn't leave the gym with that uplifted feeling.
I pretty much just came home, ate and slept for an hour.
Anyway, I hit all my goals. So although i didn't get that uplifted feeling, it was still a great workout.

I think it's sorta of "end of summer blues" - at least here anyway. I have also been "Blah" lately. I do know having a mini Big J to help look after takes a lot of you. Kudo's for getting what you needed done. Hopefully you will feel more refreshed next week during and after your deload.

Thanks. No I went to the small gym that doesn't have 2.5lbs plates. Usually I bring my own but I forgot them.

Yeah, works been tough I think I need a vacation. Mini Big J can be tiring but he is cool and I enjoy my time with him.
