I'm behind on logging a squat session and a bench session. Been busy and when I do get online I either don't have my log book or logging my workout just isn't appealing at the moment. Sorry, hope I don't look like a coop or something.

Notes:
Wasn't feeling to hot during this session. But I pushed through anyway. I had a extra long day at the office, didn't get to the gym until later than usual, and was suffering from a migraine that started after my 1st set.
Enough crying.

Considering I was semi blinded by the onset of the migraine my OHP sets went well. I wore wrist wraps due to a tweeked right wrist. With the wraps my wrist felt fine.

Incline press felt good. Nice pump.

Another workout in the books. I missed longing a few. But I haven't skipped any workouts. I'll push through this week, take a deload week and more likely than not start the boring but big assitance template when I comeback. I need to simplify and change things up a bit. I've been doing this assistance template for almost 10 weeks. I'm quite pleased with the results, but it's just time for a change.

Yeah budddddyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!! Left the gym feeling very good.
This was a late evening workout, after dinner and some lounging. I haven't left the gym feeling this good in a few weeks.
Squat felt great. I really took my time between sets. I say this a lot, but I feel like I could have went for a double on that last set, I was just afraid of taking the chance. Having said that, that last set went very smooth.
Just an observation, when it comes to squats, reps kill me. The difference between a single and a triple is like night and day. This maybe obvious to everyone, but I just realized it.

Still working on my GM technique. Really starting to feel it in my hams. I think I'm getting the hang of them.
