Although I miss reading the 20 reppers, the new volume sessions look great. Big jumps, hope it holds for a while.

Great that you're doing 3x3 and getting lots of volume. It seems to be a good program and volume is key.

thanks super Jim ... Was already doing 20 reppers off late on core lifts. So far loving the volume sets but w/o any doubt heavy sets are the king ... Heavy sets separate men from boys ...
