210*20*01 set [Wt. started to feel heavy for 20 reps so instead of 10 lbs now I'm adding 5 lbs per session only]

390*05*01 set [Same here ... now will be adding 5lbs per session instead of 20 lbs with reps reduced to max 5 on last set].

finished me and session both ...
