Indeed Ravi, you have been killing squats and bench, so your body likely needs extra time for deads. IMO, it's pretty darn tough to have all 3 core lifts going full tilt at the same time. It can happen tho of course, but it hasn't yet for me.

Holy Moly, Ravi is human! I thought you just rattled out PRs like a machine. haha.

Deadlifts are fickle Ravi. Squats and bench you can beat into submission, deadlifts rise or not as they please. But they always go up eventually.

Strong work going there, bit by bit you will get it next time you try to go test just channel a bit of that frustration onto that bar and it will move.

Some stretching work followed by squats ...

BAR*10*01 set
135*08*01 set
225*06*01 set
[Add Belt]
315*04*01 set
[Add Wraps]
405*02*01 set
455*01*01 set
495*01*01 set

190*20*01 as finisher ...

followed by 3 sets of DL
135*05 / 225*04 / 245*10

Need to work on DLs more aggressively ... From now onwards doing it 2x week ... once specialized program for DL and once with Squats. For now including a 10 rep set at the end with some progressive wt. in each session.
