Warmup and then Bench ...
BAR*20*01 set

165*14*01 set
225*11*01 set
285*05*01 set
345*02*01 set
370*01*01 set

Decided to increase wts. by 60 lbs instead of 50.
followed by Triceps push down 5 sets ...
I think I'm ready for another shot @Smolov for bench ... Will be doing 2x instead of 3x benching for first 2 weeks ...

Tomorrow will be off ... Checking DL 1RM on Thursday ...
