Smolov Base Microcycle
Chest : 13.02.2013


Shoulder stretching followed by Bench ...

BAR*20*01 set
135*10*01 set
225*10*01 set

295*03 ... literally felt muscle separation in muscle of left shoulder ... Caused acute pain in left shoulder exactly at the same place where it happened to right shoulder some time back ...
Can't even move my hand upwards for some 20-25 minutes ...

Bench was going very good at the moment. May not be able to do it again for at least a week or two. Have to stop Smolov for some time ...
