I hate paused reps but I feel they are a necessary evil. Congrats on the PR my friend you are really making headway! I expect to see 500 fall very soon!

thanks Mr. SB ... I too hate paused reps ... but have to include it just to check form ... and as you said ... is necessary evil .. 5PPS first and then 500 fore sure ...

495*01*01 set [ finally one rep with 5PPS]
skipping 475 and 485 was a good decision ... Couldn't record Vid but will definitely do it in next 500 attempt ...

followed by a drop set
405*01 / 315*01 / 225*01 / 135*01 / BAR*01 ...
(405 was never felt that easy ... )

and 3 sets of Front Squat
115*06 / 135 * 06 / 155 * 05
