supposed to do 405*03*10 sets but was out of gas after 8th set. Saw stars dancing in front of me Anyhow completed 30 reps.

Chest
Starting from today will be doing bench 2x week along with Smolov Squat program. Mu current Paused 1RM is 360. So starting with 62.5% of the same, will be doing 5 sets of 10 reps. Adding 9-10 pounds per week.

Warm Up
BAR*15*01 set
135*15*01 set

Working Sets
225 * 10 / 10 / 10 / 10 / 10 [With 1.5 to 2 minutes rest between sets. massive pump]

followed by 5 sets of Triceps extensions ...

Nice bench volume Ravi. As for the squats, monster session again. Most would have say 'no' after set 8 but you decided to torture yourself by adding an extra set as punishment just to get the reps Dedication indeed.

pretty impressive lifting going on. The amount of volume is nuts. It would kill my fat butt! Keep getting after it!
