Wow Ravi - really impressive result. First meets are to get your feet wet and learn. I too made some mistakes in my first meet, but I still ended the day with a big smile. (and sore body haha) You may not be 100% happy with squat and deadlift, but that bench made up for it. Bench let me down at my meet.

Your next meet total will be higher tho.

Arre yaar ... I had taken some pictures of me lifting. But during my last list (DL), I don't know how but it got misplaced / stolen. The place was very crowded. I was not able to find it afterwards. Will try to take some pics in gym now and will upload it.

I was also surprised that your back at it one day after your meet.

I think Smolov and Ravi were made for each other. No doubt you will reach the 450.
