followed by 5 sets of Leg Curls and some calf raises ...
Wanted 50 counts @210, did 59 ... time to add some wt in next session.
Right now it is time to eat some more otherwise this program will kill me ...

High rep squats suck, I hate them! And by high reps I mean more than 5

Great work though, 59 reps in 5 sets is some going.
