Working Sets
360*05*04 Set
360*04*01 Set

followed by 6 sets of leg extensions ...
Target was to perform 25 reps (5*5) but lost it in final rep. Still I think it was a Rep PR .

Overall session was good. Now I can have 370 lbs for my base wt in next session. Waiting for Olympic barbells ...
