Working Sets

325*6*1 set
350*4*1 set
365*2*1 set [2nd rep a bit of assistance]
385*1*1 set PR ...

followed by 5 sets of Incline bench:
110 *20*1Set
132.5*16*1Set
155 *13*1Set
175 *10*1Set
185 *6*1set

did some reps after a very long time ... awesome pump ...
finished today's session with 4 sets of triceps push down ...

first 2 sets of bench were bit easy ... will try to start next session with 320. I think I should have stopped after 5th rep in both the sets. That might come handy in 2nd last set. Never mind ...we learn from our mistakes only ...
