I remember it was not too long ago your goal was a 440 squat, and now you are at 475. Your certainly the Poster Boy for Smolov as 500 is now on the horizon.

thanks Jim ... when I started Smolov, I took 435 as base for my 1RM (gym). Aim was to add 25-30lbs and succeeded in it with the help of this forum.
Was not supposed to do upward movement in 465 and 475, but was left with no option. Still one more round of 14 squat days is remaining ... Hopefully will be able to do at least a single rep with 5PPS ... fingers and legs crossed ...
