Geez you're a big fella Ravi! Although we couldn't see, that squat appeared to be extremely deep, it looked like you almost hit the ground with your butt Congrats on a fine PR and plenty left there for sure. Reward for good, honest work.

big fella ... not exactly when you are weighing only 235 lbs ... just a very small fish in ocean of powerlifting ...

Actually I don't have enough space to take video in my gym. Problem with almost all commercial gyms. Secondly I think it is the problem of recording video from phone (I'm using 6 year old phone having 2mp camera) instead of camera. Will try to took it with a proper camera next time.

Your an awesome squatter Ravi - that 455 looked smooth and easy and was nice and deep. Form looked to be spot on as well, which is a bonus for a max attempt. You certainly have a bright future in the squat rack.

Congratz on the huge PR. Smolov is definitely paying off, along with all the ass bustin and balls to the wall work you have been doing.

thanks BTB ... first 2 sets were comparatively easy ... Not used to do high reps ... so felt a bit heavy for 10 reps from 3rd set onwards ... Will continue to ollow the pattern till I'm getting 10 reps in 1 set. Afterwards will shift it to 5*10 from 10*5 ...
