I am really surprised by the jumps in the starting sets - 90 lbs each jump. Is that by design or choice?

Stunning squatting to say the least Ravi!! How does your form hold up as those endless triples keep coming at you?

Any chance of a vid for the humongous upcoming Max?

thanks Jim ... it is by choice ... I've noticed that I can handle 300+ lb wt. quite comfortably .... so just for warmup purpose I'm performing initial sets ... don't want to waste my energy on warmup sets that's why jump of 90 lbs ...
form is good ... Will try to get vid ...

thanks Kuyt ... yeah I did 440 once but was not able to repeat it ... Right now I hope that my new 1RM will be anything 440+.

For me, I cannot take big jumps like that. I tried it once and it was a disaster. My CNS simply wasn;t primed. I see you also took a big jump on bench ramp up, so I reckon you do this for all your lifts?

I also tried it for rack pulls last night and the big jump was a no go from 225 to 315.
