thanks Kuyt ... When the set # 8 felt heavy, I decided to complete the no. of reps anyhow. Even I had to do it in singles, I would have done that.

thanks Kitarpyar ... I've turned into SPIDERMAN ... need to hold on walls / chairs or any other object capable enough to hold my weight after around 1 - 1.5 hours of legs session just to walk normally .

But on the second day the feel is just amazing ... I'm feeling that my quads have become a lot more stronger than before. I'm able to see a bit of muscle separation and definition in thighs. Must recommended program if you want to take your squats to next level ...

followed by 3 sets of Leg extensions to stretch quad muscles to fullest ...
First 2 sets was easy ... Infact I could have done 10+ reps. I think that is the side effect of doing 30 reps with 400lbs. ... .
One more step towards my goal ...
