thanks BTB ... Yes for Squat it is min 450 lbs, DL anything 450+ and Bench around 400 lbs. It will take total to around 1300 lbs / 590 Kg. which should be good enough. My main goal is to get selected for national meet just to get feel of it. So that I can prepare for next time.

overall satisfactory workout. Approaching my target of 400 lb bench by june end.
