ha ha ha ha ...thanks Jim ... I'm doing squats as per smolov program so doing it on alternate days.
Before my shoulder injury I was doing around 390 (TnG). Paused bench was around 365-370. Injured my shoulder in this July and was not able to do any shoulder movements (bench / OHP etc.) till 2 months. Shoulder is almost cured but still can't take chances. Just trying to getting back to old days.

325 felt easy as compare to same reps / sets of 315 last week. Hope this trend continues ...

It sure is a relief when they feel easy!! I am sure they will not all feel that way in the coming weeks, but let's hope the majority of them do. Excellent squatting once again Ravi
