thanks Kitarpyar ... right now there is no problem with lower back as the wt. / reps are not that much heavy. But since this once was INTRODUCTORY cycle need to check working in second phase ...

I have just completed phase one. But the program looks very solid ... Hopefully will be able to add 25-30 lbs to my 1RM till the end of program.

Haven't done these many repetitions in a single set since long ... last set felt heavy
Back is a little sore but as tomorrow is an off day ... I'll ready for day after tomorrow ...
