Great squat work. That 400 isn't easy when followed by the 350 and 375 work.

Deadlift : 25.05.2012

a little warm up and stretching followed by working sets ...

140*10*1 set
230*8*1 set

320*6*1 set
390*4*1 set
405*2*1 set [it was 1 rep last time]

followed by 6 sets of lunges and 5 sets leg curls.

2nd rep was a bit hard to complete in last set of DL. overall satisfactory workout. I think I need to reduce reps in initial 2 sets.
