Is that 440 a PR Ravi? Great lifting and with the deadlifts too. You didn't even bother recording your gun show sets and reps

I had it once some time ago so it is not a PR ... but that was a one off session. This time I systematically got it. I use bi/tri exercises as assistance only. But will log sets and reps from now onwards. ...
