There is no problem during unracking. I'm able to do it w/o any problem.
I just imagine in my mind like how you people can easily (actually very easily) doing 550+ squats .
The feeling do get started but after 10-12 seconds. But at the same time that feeling actually is like an addiction.

Insane walkouts and holds Ravi. It's easy to tell how bad you want a super-squat.

I am very inclined to think that squatting BTB Style is more mental than strength. To squat that many plates with the bar likely bending must take alot of balls and guts.

The most I have ever walked out is 450 - and I thought I was going to get squished like a bug. It now may be time to try that 5 PPS for me as well. Maybe I'll try squatting down about an inch as well. Haha
