Gotta get some light stuff done once in awhile to keep from burning out IMO.

Haha - it seems like your always squatting. Do not recall knowing any members that squat as much as you. I hope they don't take my name away and give it to you!! (Haha)

thanks Jen ... Before hurting my shoulder I was benching at between 375-400. By that standard, it is light ...

Right now I'm following 3x week squat schedule due to my shoulder injury. That's why you see Squat log every other day.

I'm happy to be known as Squatter2 ...
