thanks buddy ... this wts include some 310 lbs (75+66 kg) combined wt of 2 trainers who sit on the top of machine. It was
2 trainers=310
45X10 = 450
35X06 = 210
25X06 = 150
addl. barbell = 30 pounds

Added 15 lbs. from last light session ... feeling exhausted at the end of 5th set so ditched assistance exercises ... did some calf raises only ...
