Already 4 plates and some change for squats. Few more days and you will be squatting 200 kilos. Great job.

How do you like the increased frequency compared to your earlier workouts?

I did squat 440 lbs for a single rep sometime back. But doing it on regular basis will be a different high ... The program is no doubt demanding but at the same time it is simply wonderful. I have added 10-15 lbs on DLs and my lower back is bit more stronger. Lost some 4 lbs body wt in last 15-20 days without affecting my strength that is a huge plus. Overall recommended to everyone. You should at least do it once a year when trying to going to next level.

Will replicate this on my bench once my shoulder is healed fully.
