5X5 : Day 31 : Bench
Build up sets :
045*20 (20kg) / 135*16 (62kg) / 225*15 (102kg)
Working Sets: 287*04 / 287*03*05 (130.5kg) [+5lbs from last session]
back off Sets: 240*08 [+5lbs from last session]

followed by 3 sets of One Arm DB Rows @100 *10/10/08
and 5 sets of Lat Pull down @160*10 / 180*08 / 200*06 / 170*10/10
and 5 sets of Triceps extensions ...

1st set @Bench felt real comfortable. Last 2 sets were grinder. Bench looking good. Hope to keep this momentum for some time ...
