Now that is a solid squat session! 7 reps at 400 is beastly in my book.

followed by 3 sets of Leg curls ...
so far so good ... no problem in 30 lbs addition. Shoulder is getting better. Best DL was 410 ... will try to surpass / touch it in next session ...
