thanks Kuytrider ... I was thinking on same line. I'm working out feasibility of a different program for chest for a month or two. May be a 20 rep set only with half the wt. I'm lifting now will do. Need to workout different combinations to check shoulder pain after each one. The schedule which will be least hard on shoulders will be the winner ... In the meantime, I've decided to work more on triceps / forearms so that I won't lost strength ... will keep you all updated ... thanks once again ...

thanks mark ... left with no other options ... the right shoulder is causing lot of trouble ... havn't benched since a week ... I think it need a checkup ...
