followed by 5 sets of Pull down pully (180*12, 200*10, 220*07, 240*05, 250*02) and 5 sets of Lying triceps extensions. Overall session was Ok.

exhausted ... feel acute pain in left thigh ... just did 3 sets of Leg extension and called it a day ... Ok session. Could have done better reps ... anyway will kill it next time.

It is a bit better now. The real cause of exhaustion was Viral fever ... I didn't even noticed it ... 375 *05*05 is definitely on cards next time ...

thats a lot of solid work with 375 , nice going Ravi , hopefully that left thigh is ok.
