thanks super Jim ... Yes I did 495*1 on two occasions but the reps were with Knee wraps. Here they don't allow knee wraps in RAW category. So I had to start w/o them. Besides that I had hurt my knee in August which is yet to heal 100%. It is about 90-95 %. I can still squat 470+ wt when wearing knee wraps but w/o them, it is a different story ...

I didn't realize that 495 was with wraps and that your Fed doesn't allow them, but glad I still remembered you did the 5PPS!

I think its ridiculous your Fed doesn't allow them. TBH, I personally would not squat in a Fed that didn't allow them. Does your Fed at least allow knee sleeves, like the SBD ones?

thanks super Jim ... Yes my federation do allow knee sleeves and I wear them during during 350+ squat sets. SBD is one of the best available but right now it is too costly for me and I'm using some local brand only.
