Working Sets
365*05*02 sets [+5 lbs from last session]
365*04*03 sets

followed by 5 sets of leg extensions and some calf raises ...
wanted to perform 25 reps on that wt. but finished with 22 only. Overall it was good.

target was 415 and was able to do that. Got some pain in right shoulder after last set ... need to check ... Had an injury in right shoulder some 3 years back ... hope it is not surfacing again ... fingers crossed.
