Yes ... may not be exactly on form but I think I need to work on my grip some more. The bar tends to get loosen sometimes during upward movement ... Right now I've not used straps in DL but thinking of using in next schedule ... thanks BTB ...

Just get that back as strong as possible, and in the mean time use straps. Just my 2 cents.

followed by 5 sets of Pully

250 X 01 (hold for 20 sec.)

and 5 sets of lying triceps ext. light wt. full stretched

Increased base wt. with 10 lbs. Target was to do 5 X 5 but was able to do only 23 reps. Will try to start my Friday session of chest with 330+ and end with 415.
