Working Sets
370*03*01 Set
390*02*01 Set
410*02*01 Set
440*02*01 Set
440*01*01 Set

followed by 6 sets of leg extensions ... glad to see that 3 out of 5 sets are more than 400 ... I've done 440 before infact in last session it was 460 in last set. Just trying to increase wt. in gradual and slow manner so that I don't exhaust too early ... Hopefully will be able to squat 500 lbs in 3 months ...

thenks BTB ... yes I need belt after 350 lbs. just to make sure that I don't injured / put additional pressure on my lower back as I did suffer from lower back injury some 12-14 years ago. I use regular knee caps instead of wraps ... But will go for wraps soon.
