No DL today as lower back is still sore from yesterday's DLs ... Decided to tweak Squat working a little bit when running out of gas on volume. Started adding wt to each set with reps reducing. Bench was comfortable. Phase II will start from Monday. Less volume & more wt. = a little bit of more time to recovery ...
