I have squat, deadlift and bench envy!

Not heard of Jacob's Ladder used in weightlifting circles before. Without even Googling it like a cheat , I am guessing it is some form of complex.

ha ha ha ha ... thanks Kuytrider ... Jacob's ladder is actually a equipment used by people who refuse to use stairs in their apartments / offices but saved it for gym or say someone who goes to gym on a vehicle to ride a stationery bicycle .... It is not for weightlifting but good for building some stamina.

Warm Up Sets
120*05*01 Set
210*05*01 Set
300*05*01 Set

Working Sets
360*03*01 Set
390*03*01 Set
410*02*01 Set
440*01*01 Set
460*01*01 set (PR )

followed by 5 sets of Lunges (100, 110, 120, 130, 140 lbs) and 3 sets of Leg Extensions.

Target was to do 1 set of 450. But 440 was more than comfortable than I thought so increased 20 lbs instead of 10.
