First Heavy (as per my standard) session of new schedule

2 Warm Up Sets and some stretching ...

Working Sets
310*03*01 Set (felt a bit easy)
350*03*01 Set
380*02*01 Set
400*02*01 Set
410*01*01 Set (PR )

followed by 5 sets of Pull ups (grip : Wide to close),
5 sets of triceps extensions and 5 sets of Cable curls (superset)
next session target is for last set is 415 lbs.
