As such the entire cycle consists of 3 cycle comprising of 2 phases each of 4 week each. So total program is of around 24 weeks. I'm into Cycle 1 phase 2 week 3 (7th week) ... so checking maxes are far away as of now. But since I've a meet coming up from 21st August, I might consider doing it between 14-19th of August ...
