I'm doing assistance exercises for Traps / Triceps mainly supported by biceps on every alternate off day. Do some Hem / calf work also. 2-3 sets of each part with total of 50 counts with progressive wt. loading in each session.

thanks OR ... No. I was not a Arms guy right from the beginning. I would be more happy when my chest is buffed rather than my arms ...

I don't have a Preacher Bench. Maybe I'll do some Db Concentration Curls and envision my biceps as mountain peaks filling the gym with every rep, like Arnold. C'mon, join me Ravi

thanks super Jim ... Yes, Got selected to represent my state in a national powerlifting competition scheduled from 21-26 of August. Till now I was doing only local / state level meets, but this is one big meet. All the powerlifters from country are going to participate in this event. I'm no competition to them but would definitely like to know my standing / target for next year. Competing in 93-103 kg wt. category. Hopefully will manage to break in first 10 ...

Yes Ravi!! A big congratz on that selection for the state representation at a national level meet! We all knew you were a superb powerlifter and I know you will do very well and will place in that top 10. If you can envision it, it will happen. I think you got it my friend as I think you are a superb powerlifter with a big heart to match.
