thanks Dave ... 3 cycles of 2 phases each. 1st phase is high intensity / volume and 2nd one is Competition phase. Have a look at the link ...

thanks Fen ... Got injured my right shoulder in July, 2012. It was bicipital tendonitis. Had to stop benching and Shoulder movements for about 3-4 months. Got it healed up slowly ... But had my left shoulder getting the same problem in this January ... Still not able to do direct shoulder movements like OHP / presses etc. Pain is still there from a cetrain angle during bench press. So taking it a little bit slow ...

I'm sure that all of these mini meets are building up quite the appetite every day! Solid work once again. You have to be one of the most consistent lifters around.
