Warm Up Sets
120*05*01 Set
210*05*01 Set
300*05*01 Set

Working Sets
350*05*02 Sets
350*04*02 Set
350*03*01 Set

followed by 6 sets of Lunges (110 lbs).

target was 25 reps but overall Ok session. Now I can use 350 as base wt for my singles / doubles in next session.

For next rep session will try to start with 360 lbs.
