thanks OR .. actually lower back strain was not there. It is a result of continuous hammering of lower back in KORTE's program. Just a minor issue. Feeling almost alright today. So hopefully will be good tomorrow for another session. Thanks once again ...

Man, you are just killing this routine Ravi. Amazing how you thrash all the programs you pick to do.

Take care of that back. My foam roller has recently become my best friend since I started hitting the low back so often lately.
