Glutamine has kind of been debunked for recovery even though lots of supplement companies still use it. Ive been taking a BioCor stack I'm logging on another forum. Includes divanill, citrulline malate, Agmatine, and Creatine mono. The citrulline and agmatine really improve performance, endurance, and intra set recovery. This paired with Xtend intra training has done wonders for me. You've seen my log lately. Anyway I think the citrulline agmatine combo does amazing things for recovery! Also are you taking fish oil/ multivitamin?
