thanks Jay ... Usuaully my session last for about 60-75 minutes. Since doing this routing for first time, don't want to rush things and get injured.

Good work Mr. Ravi, we are using approximately the same numbers at the moment, only problem is I am on week 4 and you are at start of week 2!!
