It's nice how you can have big jumps from your warm/ramp up last set into your first working set. I couldn't do that big of jumps.

Good work and lets hope most sessions feel relatively easy!

thanks super Jim ... Right from starting I'm having a jump of 90 lbs from my warm up sets to my first working set. So I'm kind of used to it. I'm not able to do what you are doing like a lot of sets of triples with some lesser wt. addition ... I would have passed before my first set if I ever try to copy you ...

So far the routine looks brutal ... means to keep the same reps / sets with increasing load will definitely makes things harder but if it was easy then everybody would be doing it ... thanks OMP ...
