4 sets of leg Extensions for warm up then headed for Squats ...

330*(5)*1 Set
340*(5)*1 Set
340*(4)*1 Set
350*(4)*1 Set
350*(3)*1 Set

5 sets of Lunges with 130 lb.
2 sets of Extensions to finish it off ...

the session was a bit better then last one ...

a little warm up followed by working sets ...

120*10*1 set
210*8*1 set
300*6*1 set
390*4*1 set
400*2*1 set
405*1*1 set [PR]

was trying to lift above 400 for quite sometime now ... achieved ...
finished the session here only as I was traveling since last 3 days and a bit tired ... looking forward to chest session tomorrow ...
