Good work as usual Ravi, that lower back holding up ok with all the 20 rep sets going in on it?? Pushing them numbers higher all the time, nice work

thanks Lisa ... Right now I'm doing some volume work on squats. So don't go too heavy ... Yes I had done 2 meets here at state level and came 1st both the time in my wt. category. So you can judge the level of competition here ... One more meet is on the card in a month or two but yet to receive the dates ...

Can I just call you Liftzilla from now on? Pretty impressive to be able to deadlift the next day after squatting like that. 20 reppers always take a bit extra out of me.

Great work Ravi! Strong stuff, and finishing your lifts with 20 rep sets has to be brutal! You've been nailing them for awhile though, so keep it up!!!
